It was right next to the electrical room and the covered electrical wiring/tubes are running through my unit and is taking up space that I could be using.

Every time I’ve come here, Christian has treated me with kindness and respect, and honestly has made me feel like family from the very first day I used their services. He has always helped me during really stressful moments, and I’ve never forgotten that. On my most recent visit, Felicity went above and beyond in a way that truly meant everything to me. While I was waiting for my Lyft, she witnessed the driver make an inappropriate gesture toward me, and she immediately spoke up. Her awareness and willingness to say something helped me more than she knows. I was overwhelmed with gratitude, because she protected me in a moment where things could have gone very wrong. Both Christian and Felicity showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. I will always appreciate their integrity and the safe environment they created for me.
