I want to express how grateful I am for the staff at this location, especially Christian and (I believe her name was Felicity). Every time I’ve come here, Christian has treated me with kindness and respect, and honestly has made me feel like family from the very first day I used their services. He has always helped me during really stressful moments, and I’ve never forgotten that. On my most recent visit, Felicity went above and beyond in a way that truly meant everything to me. While I was waiting for my Lyft, she witnessed the driver make an inappropriate gesture toward me, and she immediately spoke up. Her awareness and willingness to say something helped me more than she knows. I was overwhelmed with gratitude, because she protected me in a moment where things could have gone very wrong. Both Christian and Felicity showed professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. I will always appreciate their integrity and the safe environment they created for me. This location has an amazing team, and they deserve recognition for the way they treat people.

The mangers was horrible I had 24 hour access with My llC showing that I had a business an I needed to get in after hours one mangers would make sure everything was good, an once I go after hour to get my Equipment I could get in so disappointing

WILLIAM J | First ImpressionsI understand safety and I am so for that however the facility itself was questionable. The facility has 6 floors but when I got on my floor there was a lady up there pacing the floor. She was going from her unit to the bathroom and back multiple times. I understand that you cant enforce how long someone stays at their unit (minus no overnight stays) but it made me uneasy. As a person who is storaging personal items it just made me a little uneasy. I still stored my items and locked up with no other concern for safety. The elevator told me my access was denied because I hadn't checked in. I asked an employee what to do and he told me he didnt know as he was new and just put his code in to get me up. Thats was another concern because he didn't verity any information from me. He just put his code in and took me up.

Everything was.messed up and I incurred late fees over $100 due to the miscommunication from the employees. Not a great experience at all and I am happy to say its my daughter's last year in college so we will not be returning.
