Scott M | Overall ExperienceThe U haul representative wanted me to enter my email address and cc information into the computer. It was odd. He would turn the keyboard around to me and the computer screen. I have never been asked to do the work for your employee before. He may not need this job if he cannot simply enter names and numbers. Lastly, he didnt tell me where my unit was or how to find it. I asked him, once he gave me the access card, and he said that he put the number on the back. It took me a few minutes to find the map on my floor and finally locate the unit. I did not like this visit.

Derek P | First ImpressionsI had water damage in my unit caused by the facility and ruined a new Queen size bed & mattress, a love seat couch, 3 boxes of personal items, and a bench. I was not compensated for the damaged items because UHaul represented said someone made the toilet overflow, which I still believe my stuff should be safe and secure in my unit I pay monthly for. I was given 3-4 months free rental, but that didn’t come anywhere close to helping with buying all that new furniture. I would not want that to happen to anyone else.
