Karen R | Overall ExperienceStaff did not tell me that I could go inside to my new storage. He advised me to go outside and then back inside with My belongings on a card out in public. Instead of all the U-Haul rentals storages are inside. I was only three rows away from my new storage, but he told me to come all the way out in the front then go back in on the other side And still could not find a storage unit. I was very unhappy and very unpleased wherever you would advise me that my storage it was three rows away and inside it would only took me 15 minutes where I had to take everything out and then come to the front and then back in and take me an hour and a half. I was not pleased that was .

ANAE T | Overall ExperienceYou need to put signs up with the numbers of the units in each row. Example: 1100 - 1235 It's like a maze inside and very difficult to find your unit especially at first.
Judith D | Overall ExperienceOnly complaint was I asked for a 10 x10 unit and when I went to check it out it was a 5 x10 unit. I was to get first month free and was charged. Went back in to get corrected and did receive a 1 x10 unit, but they were having trouble reversing charges on my card. Went to go check out new unit an it had a lock on it. Had to go back a third time to finally get a new unit. How would you rate my service!

WILLIAM C | Overall ExperienceEach time I’ve tried to reserve a storage unit, there have been problems. Even with a confirmation email, the staff often can’t find my reservation in the system. On another occasion, the unit I reserved wasn’t actually available when I went in to sign. Each visit ends up taking way longer than it should because we have to spend forever sorting out these mistakes.
