Really like this place : water fountain, clean rest rooms, recycle area, easy in and out with inside truck parking to load and unload. Could use more flatbed carts for use on either end of the storage hall

Elise S | First ImpressionsUpon trying to cancel my storage unit the staff was very rude and did not explain that I could have done the entire procedure through the app. After figuring it out for myself I was able to close the app quickly and easily. Which was useful considering the person at the front desk who knew I was going to the storage unit to take pictures left for a period greater than 20 minutes and did not return to assist me. Normally I would be more forgiving since it was a busy time. But there were two people at the front desk and they both disappeared.

Steve e | Overall ExperienceAs you know, UHaul has been a trusted name for generations. We were looking for a convenient location for our storage needs. We were also looking for a temperature controlled environment. The staff helped us find almost exactly what we wanted (proximity to the entrance). They took the time to find the closest unit available for us. We are great full for their help, and they were a great example of what customer service should be, definitely recommend! Keep this up, and UHaul will always be there for generations to come.
