Dayna M | Overall ExperienceDidn’t get a receipt because they didn’t have paper for the printer. The receptionist wasn’t very knowledgeable. They gave us a card to access the entrance that did not work. She had to have a coworker come and tell her we had to use a different kiosk. Wasn’t very helpful and telling us where the unit was located, we had to find out for ourselves. We need a receipt.
Philip E | First ImpressionsThis was my third trip to U-Haul for storage units. This trip went much better. The director was there today because staff didn’t show up and she was able to fill my request that I had on Thursday that I booked in May. Much happier with my experience.
angela t | Overall ExperienceI scheduled the rental of a 10x10 unit on May 28 for June 18. I was assigned two 5x10 units instead. Of 10x10 which was acceptable. Upon arrival one of the two units was in use. They told me they had no 10x10 units to replace it. I asked about 2 5x10 for same price and the did not have any. I have professional movers scheduled through U-haul and truck schedule Saturday and have to have a unit. I ended up with one 5x10 and a 5x5 not close to each other and costing more then my 10x10. Employee was eating the whole time she was working with me. She called store manager and he did not try to help just said there is nothing he can do. Very frustratied with the process!! .

Michael O | First ImpressionsWhile attempt to get a storage unit during store hours I was highly disappointed with the wait time. The staff who assisted us left multiple times. We spent about an hour attempting to complete the process.
marilyn p | First ImpressionsThe vehicle I rented was stuck between two other vehicles, it took about 20 minutes to get this situation corrected. It appeared to be a clerical error and I was given another vehicle and on my way. By far the most helpful was Byron, must be why he’s the manager. Literally every time I’ve dealt with someone here there’s been an attitude or indifference. The facility is great, it just needs a staff who actually cares. With that being said I’d use you again. The only issues I’ve had came from dealing with staff.
RICHARD D | First ImpressionsReally like this place : water fountain, clean rest rooms, recycle area, easy in and out with inside truck parking to load and unload. Could use more flatbed carts for use on either end of the storage hall

Elise S | First ImpressionsUpon trying to cancel my storage unit the staff was very rude and did not explain that I could have done the entire procedure through the app. After figuring it out for myself I was able to close the app quickly and easily. Which was useful considering the person at the front desk who knew I was going to the storage unit to take pictures left for a period greater than 20 minutes and did not return to assist me. Normally I would be more forgiving since it was a busy time. But there were two people at the front desk and they both disappeared.
