david j | First ImpressionsI had two units, I cleaned out one of them and went into the office to ask them not to bill me for the second unit, the bill drops on the 7th of each month so a couple of weeks to figure it out. I was told by a large fat black man with no name tag on that because it was in the computer as a “combined unit” that I would have to move everything out of the one unit into a completely new unit. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do and I would have to move my stuff. I refused and advised him to call his boss and the UHaul I.T. Department because I was not about to spend another hour moving into another unit. After 1 1/2 hours they finally got it worked out. This same large fat black man was smoking weed while walking out to hook up a trailer the last time I was there…
