The staff at Main Road went above and beyond in assisting with both moving in and out of my unit. I also rented a U HAUL from them for the move and again, customer service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them!

Matthew Y | Overall ExperienceAccess to the space I rent was rendered inaccessible due to management placing a large container storage unit in such a manner that I could not get my RV in the spot. Management wouldn’t move the container so I was forced to leave and find another place to store the RV. No rent rebate was offered and I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handled.
richard c | Overall ExperienceThe staff bend over backwards to help with whatever you need. They are pleasant and friendly. We stored an RV on a paved area and had no problems the entire 3 years. When we went to move the RV for a trip the tire pressure was low and they let us use their air hose to fill them. I would call that above and beyond!

We stored all our possessions with them for 9 months, then rented a truck from them and hired their recommended packer to help us. The whole process was seamless and professional. I really appreciate the great experience and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have their items safely stored without having to worry. Great facility and even better staff, I can’t thank them enough for how kind and caring they all are.

After I arrived, I was told insurance on the unit would be required as well as a one time admin fee. I strongly feel that's bad business dealings. All associated costs should always be reported to a potential customer or client up front. I was quite happy with the unit, however, and only moved according to a lack of public transportation in that specific area.

I live just up the road from it so it was incredibly convenient. I always felt safe, always had what I needed, always had a place to pull in and carts to use. Somehow I’m sad my time here has come to an end! But the renovation is done and my house is put back together and I’m so thankful for this facility!
