Your equipment broke down - then y'all towed it way far away - then held our property hostage - because our family had a medical emergency that hospitalized us for ten days Y'ALL CHARGE ME AFTER Y'ALL SAID YOU WOULDN'T, BECAUSE OF THE HOSPITAL. NOW CHARGING ME THOUSANDS AND HOLDING MY PROPERTY HOSTAGE AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MOVING CREW AND ANOTHER STORAGE FEE MONTHLY UNTIL I CAN GET A TRUCK to MOVE MY STUFF TO MY OWN STORAGE, WHERE I MOVED EVERYTHING ELSE I OWN - Y'ALL ARE PREDATORY, DISHONEST AND VERY VERY RUDE... LIARS FROM EVERY ANGLE MAKE HONESTY IMPOSSIBLE WHEN DEALING WITH Y'ALL!! GO TO RYDER OR ANYWHERE ELSE UHAUL WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY HOLD IT HOSTAGE CHARGE YOU OUT THE WAZOO and you're never gonna win against liars NEVER. !!!! CORPORATE Justin offered a free storage FOR ONE MONTH Oh HOW KIND, not !!! Y'all are horrible and when I'm physically able to get my property away from y'all I WILL, BUT I'M SURE I'LL HAVE MORE ISSUES BEFORE I DO !!! MY GUT IS UNEASY about leaving my things with y'all........ Horrible horrible dishonest terrible experience from start to well I'm not finished yet so we'll see how the finish goes TO BE CONTINUED.......

Gerado C | Overall ExperienceStaff is rude and unhelpful. Manager is absolutely not manager material and honestly psychotic. She needs some type of intervention. She's way out of bounds. But Uhaul knows this and chooses to ignore it. This location has so much potential because of size and location. Unfortunately, it's managed horribly and customers are treated badly. The equipment for customers to use is practically useless. I won't be back to this location.

The lady that changed my storage unit was sweet as can be and was ripping and running The whole time did not catch a break! She was awesome. The facility that the first lady told me my reservation got moved to had a great attitude and they helped me get my trailer at a different location after that because they did not have any in stock but the lady that checked me in, had some in stock and still did not rent me one.
