How U-Haul Reviews WorkTheir service is very good and they are nice to people !
MOHAMMAD N | First ImpressionsNice and clean..
PABLO V | Overall ExperienceI recommend Fairway Rd to all my friends. They have the best kept trucks and amazing service.
DAVID B | Overall ExperienceI have been a costumer of U-Haul for many years. Over the past years I’ve seen that the company has been very disorganized with truck rentals, one time I had to drive for over an hour to pick up truck,. As time has past the organization is becoming more organized.
DONNA B | First ImpressionsOnly issue was not being able to open and close the latch easily at all. It was stuck.
Maureen M | Overall ExperienceThe facility was exceptionally reliable and user friendly. Fair and reasonably priced for the storage unit, as well as quick and convenient moving related infrastructure. The team was motivated and helped resolve any questions or concerns for the services rendered. I will be returning to Uhaul for my storage and moving needs when the need arises again. Thank you.
Tomasz Z | Overall ExperienceGood customer service and friendly 👍
ANWAR H | Overall ExperienceI needed a place to store some household items and u-haul fit the bill. The facility is clean, and easy to access. I had no issues when onsite. Staff are friendly but do find a couple of them grumpy or just not customer service oriented.
Marcia H | Overall ExperienceI have used the facilities of Uhaul over the years for storage as well as moving trucks. The experience has always been excellent. I would highly recommend their services.
judith l | First ImpressionsThe U-Haul storage facility in Kitchener on Fairway Road was fantastic. I had rented a U-Haul truck from Toronto requiring a one-way trip moving Toronto to Kitchener. I was presently surprised at four weeks free Storage and utilized two storage units for 3 weeks. Very convenient to help me between my property closing and my new property move-in date. The Manager and his staff were professional, and very helpful. I would definitely use U-Haul storage facility in Kitchener again!
Brenda A | Overall ExperienceIt was also the 1 month free for the storage unit
cristy f | First ImpressionsI am very disappointed in the service I received on Saturday.I have used your storage bin since last year ,never was late with payment, caused no hassles, but told on Saturday I couldn't get a refund for July that was paid in full in June. I had bin for 3 days cause I moved out of bin on July 4th.and told I wasn't allowed a refund for the month.TOTALLY UNFAIR AND UNJUST .
