I had a very disappointing experience with my move-out process. I officially checked out of my storage unit at the beginning of September and removed all of my belongings at that time. The unit was completely empty when I left. Several days after my confirmed move-out, I was contacted and told that items were found in the unit and that I would be charged. I do not understand how this is possible, as I personally removed everything and properly vacated the space. The items referenced do not belong to me. I find it extremely concerning that I am being charged for belongings that are not mine, especially after I completed the move-out process in good faith. I am requesting that these charges be immediately reviewed and removed from my account. I would also appreciate documentation (photos, timestamps, inspection records) showing when these items were discovered and how it was determined they were connected to me. This situation has been frustrating and unfair, and I hope it can be resolved promptly and professionally.
