WILBERT K | Overall ExperienceThe bathroom was never clean, the manager was nasty and not friendly. The manager never had a smile on there face. The facility always had trucks blocking the entrance or the exit to get out. I feel that the manager should be replaced with a manager that is frindler and more competent.

LEON A | Overall ExperienceMy truck I rented had a dead battery it set me back 2 hrs, I couldn't leave with the truck because it wouldn't start, I had to wait for someone to come and to put a new battery in the truck, I was so behind that I couldn't put my things in storage and had to leave them outside my old place until morning, ,things happen,but I would still recommend u haul, because in using them over 20 yrs, I've never had an issue, hopefully going forward i will not have any in the next 20 yrs!!
