My experience renting a storage unit at 6250 Bristol Pike, Levittown Pa 19057 was incredibly efficient. From securing the unit to signing the contract and unloading my truck, the entire process took under 15 minutes. The employee was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. However, I encountered a significant issue regarding access to my outdoor, pull-up unit. During the initial setup, I was guided through the building and a side door, and I was not made aware that my unit was located behind a locked gate. I understand it's a long name, but I'd really appreciate it if you could use my full name, Melinda Rose Eckert. Both of my last names are equally as important and on all legal documentation. I require access to my unit outside of these times. While I appreciate the speed and efficiency of the rental process and the excellent service provided by your employee, I feel I was disadvantaged by not being informed about the gate access restrictions upfront. I would like to discuss potential solutions to this access problem. Is there a possibility of obtaining extended access hours, or perhaps a different unit with 24-hour access?
