NELISSA C | Overall ExperienceI asked for a 2-3 bed room house storage and I get there and it’s too small I need a bigger storage so I didn’t put my stuff in there because it’s too small I need a bigger storage unit cause unit 333 is too small I left the truck in front of unit 333 after having to move a trailer over just to get the truck around corners to get to the unit 333 so that inconvenient me and I payed two guys to help me and I couldn’t get my things unloaded off the truck so I locked the truck with a lock by the unit so please get me a bigger unit thank you
ANGELA S | First ImpressionsThe “owner” Mac was not helpful or considerate at all. I personally believe he is racist. I attempted to pay in full my balance in the second month of being delinquent. I had been in and out of the hospital and didn’t realize my auto pay failed. He refused payment. I say he is racist due to the number of white vs black employees in his store. The only black employee wore a brown U-haul shirt while all (5) of the white workers worked behind the counter and wore white shirts. The overall environment and experience was AWFUL. I have been using this location for over 25 years and it has never been of such negativity. I’m in the legal field and our family firm has been involved with the largest discrimination cases in the state and country with the largest companies; including Walmart, Ford, Missouri Pacific Railroad and many others. I know what to look for. Mac is a racist! Period. I will NEVER use this location again as long as he there and there are no people beyond white are in management. More to come!
