She was sooooo respectful, she answered all my questions and she walked upstairs to show me around. She went out of her way to give m the best experience. I LOVEEEDDDDD how compassionate and professional she was. I Loved how the other staff gave me water to drink and even showed me around. I LOVEEEEE this entire experience.

LINDA A | First ImpressionsWhen I moved my things into U-Haul last year, I was informed that if I didn’t make an immediate payment that I’d be facing auction by the next month, but to my surprise, I later on found out that they didn’t auction my things and I didn’t have to rush I was facing homelessness and other financial difficulties and tried to come up with a payment plan for them. They refused and said if I didn’t make a payment that I would basically be facing my stuff to go in auction and I would have a lien on my credit Because of this misinformation when I did have the funds to pay for my storage, I was discouraged to do so as far as thinking that my stuff had already been auctioned off, but to my surprise, they didn’t inform me about anything and I lost access before I can grab all my important documents The staff wasn’t very helpful and the facility was always dirty and filled with homeless. I won’t ever store my things with U-Haul ever again due to the inconveniences and trials and tribulations I faced during my hardship.

They were very flexible with changing as my financial circumstances changed. I really appreciated not having a continual unexpected price increase. If I get any brakes with financial help I will definitely like to return.
