It was super easy to access our area, and the space between units allowed us to get in without trouble. Even maneuvering the U-Haul was no problem at all. The green room where people share boxes for free and can donate their furniture was a nice surprise as well as the easy access clean bathroom.

JONATHAN B | First ImpressionsWhile I really appreciate the people, who were exceptional, the facility itself always made me nervous. I was locked in at one point when the gate wouldn't open and customer service was no help. This was after the gate had been replaced, too. Also the fencing is completely inadequate. Especially on the King Soopers side, the fence really is no deterrent at all. I watched a young child jump the fence and throw rocks inside the facility, and I've watched drug deals right on the other side, with people obviously eyeing the storage units. I've seen cars parked in the same area just scoping the units out. The opposite is true at the entrance - it is a horrible bottleneck with no parking, access to the gate is often blocked.
