The general manager is very unprofessional speaks in street language and was very difficult to work with. Had multiple issues with the door, being broken my keys to the unit being lost, and staff members being unable to perform several tasks. Someone who was not on my lease came to discuss the unit, and the unit was discussed with them despite the fact that they were not on the lease and I was not informed. I will never deal with U-Haul again. The only person that was helpful was a young gentleman with dark hair who was working on the second Saturday in November everyone else in that office is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, untrained, and in my opinion should seek other employment they should not be in the service industry and honestly uhaul has lost a customer forever. I only wish that I could post the voice message that was left for me by the general message.
