The storage unit price was based on a 15X10 unit. The unit was closer to 14 X 9. The unit was full of insects and mice droppings, despite the claim that they were increasing the monthly fee because they were increasing pest control! The unit was absolutely awful!

We went to the office and was able to get in with some type of override. We had to leave to pick up more items and when we returned the did not work and the office was closed.
