Staff were helpful in setting up the storage unit when the type reserved was not available as well as finding a way to honor the originally reserved unit rental price for a larger space. Staff also informed me in person when the outside automatic security doors were broken. I was not impressed, however, with the staff's handing of my move out request. I followed the move out request steps through the U-Haul app days before my rental was set to renew, yet I received a late rental notice and additional late fee invoice. My move out request still showed as processing through the U Haul website. Only after contacting central U Haul customer assistance and contacting the local store was my rental closed. Luckily, I was not charged rent or late fee for the next month of rental I did not plan to use.

MARK B | First ImpressionsAll staff was nice and helpful but the guy when I fiirsy arrived who told me they don’t have outside storage. I told him I that I rented a drive up unit based on thecadvertisement and so I asked well where are the drive up storage lockers. He said well they’re all in here and you drive up to the door and go in. I went all the way back home and double checked and sure enough five up exterior storage was advertised. So I went back and asked another guy and he pointed me in the right direction.
