Phenomenal customer service all around on the phone and in person. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in the condition of the trailer we received as the back door was bent and the door got jammed but Corrine at the uhaul Storage at Platte Rd in Madison went above and beyond to get a pry bar and get it open for us. Thank you Corrine!

ERIN P | Online Move InWas given incorrect access code, and unable to access my storage. Had to walk all the way around and go inside to get help to access storage. Called in and was placed on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. Staff not polite or helpful. Poor management since the last manager left. Liked last manager but service has gone down significantly since first manager left this location.
