kenneth g | Overall ExperienceThe experience was horrible first off. I was lying too. I was told that all the equipment that I needed will be available when I arrive. I arrive at the location. I had to wait 15 minutes, but I’m to come back then have to drive to another U-Haul to get the hitch to connect it, but they didn’t have it so I had to purchase from AutoZone keep in mind I was told everything will be available while I picked attached the trailers in my car never checked the electrical part
