lisa w | First ImpressionsWhen I went to go get my car out I had a big problem back there they didn't remove the snow or ice my car was stuck in the ice I couldn't get it out had to call a Tow truck.and it had a problem to to icy, I had to pay 125 out of Pocket So I think I should be reimbursed. I told the Customer service that discontinue my stay there

Georgina A | Overall ExperienceThe storage location was excellent, but unfortunately, it was infested with mice and mouse droppings were found all over my belongings. The staff at the facility were extremely rude and unhelpful. I witnessed them playing around outside the office while I called 18 times, only to be put on hold each time. It was frustrating to see them laughing and not assisting anyone just kept playing around
darren m | Overall Experience1st they gave me the wrong storage. Then i went back to the office at exactly at closing to be given a 5x5 when i order a 10x10. He said the computer was shut down but he gave me a 5x5 after 7pm. He was rude and unprofessional.. I paid to have everything move into storage by a company I had to pay extra. And for gas and miles..
