I have been a customer there for 16 years for the past five years. The conditions have been deplorable. The area was unsecured, my belongings were tampered with, rat droppings was all throughout my belongings managers there have no experience at what they’re doing. I’m glad I got my stuff out of there and I will never use it again. God forbid. I have made multiple complaints and the company has done nothing about any of it and someone removed my insurance that I had there for all those years until the last three years is suspicious.

Was evidence of rodents, dead mouse found after not visiting for a month or so/when coming to clean out, however everything else was nice, convienient and staff was very helpful.

I had to wait 15 minutes, but I’m to come back then have to drive to another U-Haul to get the hitch to connect it, but they didn’t have it so I had to purchase from AutoZone keep in mind I was told everything will be available while I picked attached the trailers in my car never checked the electrical part
