Was evidence of rodents, dead mouse found after not visiting for a month or so/when coming to clean out, however everything else was nice, convienient and staff was very helpful.

I'm absolutely disgusted and will never be using uhaul for any services anymore. My belongings were thrown out of my storage unit and I'm beyond displeased!

I had to wait 15 minutes, but I’m to come back then have to drive to another U-Haul to get the hitch to connect it, but they didn’t have it so I had to purchase from AutoZone keep in mind I was told everything will be available while I picked attached the trailers in my car never checked the electrical part
