My experience was not that great. There were a couple of times that I went to my unit and could not gain access because there was another lock on my unit. One time when that happened the guy gave me the wrong key and I ended up spending an hour just driving back and forth from the office to the unit. I moved out in June. They have me moved out in August and I have a bill for a month that I was not even there. I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED
