The staff, particularly the manager, at this location were so helpful and really worked to make sure that I had a good experience. The manager went above and beyond to help me with a difficult move out (difficulty was not related to this location) and always communicated clearly and kindly with me. I will absolutely return to this location for storage and truck rental in the future!

I had a problem twice I went to my unit and the air temperature was extremely hot. The heating system was right beside my unit which makes it difficult for me to do what I need to do. I had to step away more than once to cool by body down and then go back to continue. I reported it only to the person that was working at that time. The next time I went back maybe 2 days after, the heating system was still working over the top. It was not a normal heat, it was extreme. I don't know how long before this problem had been running. This was my only experience. Things happen everywhere at times and has to happen at some point, however I wouldn't let this situation prevent me from recommending U-Haul to a friend.

DAVE H | Overall ExperienceMy experience with U-Haul Storage was terrible. There was a clear disconnect between the accounting department and the front office staff. The manager, I believe her name is Glory, was very helpful, but the rest of the staff were not. One of the male employees told me he had to leave and that I should come back the next day—granted, it was 7:30 p.m., but his tone was unnecessarily rude. To make matters worse, I was bombarded with calls, texts, and emails claiming I hadn’t made a payment, even though I had already explained that the payment was mistakenly applied to the wrong unit. I had two storage units—one fully paid up—but I was locked out of both. My experience with the U-haul truck rental has been excellent but I will not be recommending U-Haul storage to anyone.
