LENORA T | First ImpressionsMy only complaint is that in order to enter the area where the storage lockers are, you must enter codes into two separate entry systems, 3 feet apart. This is annoying and a waste of time. They should just have one entry system.

I felt blindsided because I was not told this initially and this made the whole experience terrible.
Semiu A | Online Move InI am still waiting on a claim resolution. For some reason, my storage unit was not cancelled on the day of move-out, and I was billed for another month. I think the issue is being resolved, but just takes time and several phone calls to rectify issue.

BEVERLY R | First ImpressionsWe had to try at least 5 different storage units at move-in. The 4x8x5 unit door was too small for a queen mattress to fit through, even though the website stated that it would. We had already unloaded most of the trailer into the building, so had to move everything to another area of the building to a unit with a larger door. We were given 3 different locker numbers in the office, and all had locks on them, that the previous renters had left. Finally, found a locker that was open. Even though the process was frustrating...the staff was very apologetic, and helpful. Would recommend staff goes through all units to remove locks from empty units.
