Our things were covered with large amounts of mouse droppings. A couple of rugs and clothing were damaged and had to be thrown out. We gave been cleaning everything for days. Staff was great but our things were really really messed up. Will never recommend this place to anyone

I reserved a space online but was told (day of) that reservations are meaningless and each space is first come first serve. I was forced to get a more expensive storage space instead. Half way through my reservation I was told they decided to increase the price of the storage space (with no explanation why). When I moved out there was dirt on top of and all over my stuff from debris falling from the ceiling. Would not recommend to others.

This issue persisted time and time again, despite informing the staff 3 times. Otherwise, everything else was great, especially the staff.
