MARVIN C | Overall ExperienceSeveral boxes of my items were infested with mice, though I had no food of any kind in my unit. I had to throw out clothes and bedding because they chewed threw the cardboard and made nests, and there was so much mouse poop in my unit. I rented the unit for about 18 months, and saw mouse and rat traps around for most of that time, so I know it wasn't just my unit. There were also many times when there were no carts available at this facility.

Scales was very nice helping me to lock my unit and make sure I was able to get to it despite the swipe card issue. Everyone was very friendly and overall was a good experience.

I lost over 75% of items and had been paying to store my goods to house mice.. retrieving the few things I could was an anomaly as many mice were escaping the unit !!!!! And mice dropping s was horrendous !!! Horrendous is an understatement… so much money to have my belongings destroyed
