My belongings was taken. Bc I lost my key to the lock and every time I tried to get the lock cut off for a new one the manager was supposedly never there. And they said I could not cut the lock off myself. When I was up to payments on the unit. Which was when I was trying to get my things out.they said he was never there everytime I called now I lost all my things lost pieces of my child hood in there
JUAN G | Overall ExperienceWorst ever. Never had lights, always trashy. Went to pay my dues and come to find out NOEL MARIN the GM actually SOLD my unit for 10$. My daughters life and wife's and mine. All our stuff for 10$. When I went to confront him he said "there's nothing I can do." When really he shouldve called the buyer and refused to sell him it and go ahead with a refund, and as of the assistant manager she was no help. LIED about him the 1st time about not being there when in reality he was hiding. Smh. Worst place ever. So who ever new owner of unit 1125 my cell is 4703978217. Thank you

Y estoy muy molesto por eso ??

William S | Overall ExperienceTo many trucks and too much congestion. A little upset inconvenience of not being able to leave the trailer we rented. We use the trailer and was given the run around, different U-Hauls to take it to I could not unload my items until I found an U-Haul store that would take the trailer. Big Inconvenience for me and my ill husband.
