And pick up a week later was equally easy and awesome. Fantastic crew. Even rented one of their trucks that was a great experience as well. No issues. We'll definitely use again
Peter-Shawn G | Overall ExperienceFirst off you advertise the 5x5 as $84.95 then charge me $89.95 saying it’s the new cost but we didn’t have time to change the ads. Months later it’s still the same price listed so I should be reimbursed some money. Second your busy days like Aug 30th I stood in line for my reservation t2 hours (these days get more people) Got me to download an app and said skip the lines for your reservation and even the employees have no idea how it works. So overall you did great giving me a place to put my stuff but failed on the rest.

Nabila N | Overall ExperienceAlthough I wound up not needing to use my 10X10 storage unit, I did need to have it rented in anticipation of needing it for my move. I did find a treasure trove of small, medium & large boxes with the taping apparatus, the exact knife ; black marking pens which were all essential in packing up at the old place, getting them to the new place & getting unpacked. I appreciated the friendliness & helpfulness of the 2 staff members I dealt with. David
