The items put into the storage were there with the intention of future usage but upon arrival at the unit many items had been covered in rat poop and dirt and bugs had been spotted on site.

I should have gotten insurance. I asked after one year, they said clean the mice feces first and then insurance will be applied. This was a 5 year process.
