I've never in the close to 5 years we have had storage units at this facility. Ever had trouble getting help or having questions answered. We started with 5 units and are down to 1 unit. Only because we are down sizing our storage. We are keeping our last unit at this facility only because the staff is so Great and We know our belongings are safe there.
