U-haul has always been a name I know I could trust so I went with what I felt familiar with and the fact that the 24th St U-haul location has always been there, I felt confident that it won’t go out of business and leave me hanging. Tim, the associate that assisted me with check in was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous to my anxiousness about using a storage facility. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and was patient with me when I asked questions twice. I highly recommend this and all other U-haul services because it’s a trustworthy and professional company and their employees give you the friendly professionalism thats many times needed when you gotta move or store all your stuff.
