They then informed me that they didn’t have any units in the size I had reserved online. I ended up having to get a larger unit because the manager had never reached out. The staff was great, the manager not so much. She stood in the back and was judging. when the poor guy asked if she had called me and i said no, she tried to say that the phone number didn’t work and that she was just so busy that she couldn’t have reached out but that someone should’ve.
