I was renting a truck and getting a storage unit also from your facility in Plymouth, MN. Everyone was helpful and friendly but Lwana went above and beyond. She personally helped me find my space after I switched to lower level unit. Then helped me make sure it was the right size. In today’s non service friendly world, I appreciate excellent service. Was uneasy about rat trap in unit. Contributed to moving out.
Nicole E | Overall ExperienceI was agitated, because I asked for a closer storage near my other one. However, the guy Marlon put us far in the boonies when there were several open units closer. Also, there was a line and only one person assisting all of us. Not the greatest experience and we’ve rented for years. Plus if they are short staffed then the manager needs to help out always.
