I also feel that the facility offers several really great features: proximity to a major highway; indoor loading and unloading from a vehicle; free carts (dollys); clean restrooms; a space for customers to share free gently used items. Stacy W | Overall ExperienceI was at facility from 12-1:30 on Saturday 3/15. I had two storage lockers and went to one. I interfaced with 4 different employeees. 1. To get help fixing a stuck door. 2. The young man who fixed the door. 3. A woman who was cleaning out an abandoned locker. 4. An employee who helped close my account 1904. Every single employee that I dealt with could not have been more professional, more helpful or more kind. When I drove away with my young friend who was helping me move boxes I said Uhaul really knows how to take care of customers. I’ve been doing Customer Service for 40 years and I had such a great experience there yesterday. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share it with you. Thomas C | Overall ExperienceMy husband received very good customer service from the front office. I was treated differently and did not appreciate my experiences. That said, the cleaning person is amazing and exceedingly hard-working and pleasant. Strong Recommendation: have your male staff attend diversity training on how to talk with females. We are leaving u-haul because we found a lower price for a larger unit. Thank you.
