The authorized person on the storage unit was denied access despite his information was on the account- after a phone call to the corporate office or the info line and another staff person at the facility confirmed the authorized person is on account but no key was provided to unlock the unit and we had to pay a locksmith to $165.00 to unlock the lock which was initially left at the front desk/ office

I will contact U-HAUL when I am ready to move-out of the storage unit and move into a permanent home, once we have completed escrow. I am hoping to hire both a U-Haul truck and one or two U-Haul employees to move my things from storage to the truck; drive to Milwaukie, OR house address; and unload the truck.
