I went to pay on my storage and I was told it had been put in the trash. When I ask where I was told I was no longer on the property. I still had time to pay because the locker was not to be sold until the 29th of this month. I will never use you guy again nor will I tell people to use your facility.

They are a separate entity from the U-aHaul storage and truck rental company, but they do work and coordinate together to help me load my household from the U-HAUL storage unit; drive the U-Haul truck to my new home; and help me unload the truck; and finally - to drive the truck back and return it to U-Haul on North Columbia Blvd. EVERYONE involved were amazing help!

Patrick E | Overall ExperienceThe authorized person on the storage unit was denied access despite his information was on the account- after a phone call to the corporate office or the info line and another staff person at the facility confirmed the authorized person is on account but no key was provided to unlock the unit and we had to pay a locksmith to $165.00 to unlock the lock which was initially left at the front desk/ office
