Kareiesha O | Overall ExperienceI do NOT like how U-Haul kept increasing the storage fee. If the company wouldn’t have done that I would still be renting the space. I think this is not just U-Haul but an industry-wide practice. The staff at this location is/was very helpful and courteous and all interactions with them were pleasant. It is the company practice I have a problem with. The facility was always kept clean even if it was a bit tight sometimes this winter navigating a vehicle behind the gated area with all the U-Haul trucks parked there. I understand the necessity for protecting their assets though and find no fault with them for that. It wasn’t like that in the warmer months so I suspect that most people aren’t moving in the winter and the crowdedness will be remedied in the Springtime.
