My first day getting my storage there was no green tag on the unit I booked for. I went through customer service twice just to get moved to a smaller unit than I requested. Then got a RUDE call from Jasmine claiming that there was a green tag on the correct unit and accused me of going to a bigger unit when that wasn’t the case. I went at night but we tried multiple times to get into the correct unit there was a lock on it there was no green tag I wanted the unit I booked badly as the unit I ended up with was way too small for my belongings. The unit I wanted was the correct amount of space. Overall the lot was not well lit I had to use my phone flashlight at night and didn’t appreciate Jasmine calling me very aggressively to save her own butt from getting in trouble like as if someone didn’t come up with the idea to do their JOB the next morning and take the lock off after seeing that I was having issues the night before to make it seem like the green tag was there the whole time. Then once Jasmine realized I actually moved to a smaller unit she was then nice because she knew her point wasn’t validated. Not once did she apologize or hold accountability about her lot but i’m sure if the tapes were replayed you would see someone going out there getting the unit I was supposed to be in situated as they should’ve did that when I wanted to move in. I was very glad to finally move out of this unit and will NEVER come back to this specific location let alone U-Haul storages at all.
