I signed a contract online for storage with 24 hour access. The written confirmation stated 24 hour access. When we tried to access it late at night we could not and was told that it was not a 24 hour facility. I spoke to onsite person by phone who repeatedly told me that they were not a 24 hour facility, could not answer my questions, was unhelpful and rude, and told me to call the 800-GO-UHAUL number for help. I called the 800 number. The rep was friendly and tried to help but redirected me to the onsite manager, who was not available to help me. Apparently a contract does not mean anything to U-Haul, and no one is really interested in helping unless I pay more money.

Nicholas P | Online Move InWe could not find our unit. No one on the premises. Put on hold forever and the lady couldn’t help us after 30+ mins of holds. Meanwhile, our movers who we are paying by the hour or standing around for now a total of 45 minutes. The movers finally found the unit and it was tiny! I have no idea why you would advertise it for a one bedroom. We then had to Get back on the phone and try to get a new unit. Thank God that went OK. You added so much stress to our move day.
