Store manager always has a nasty attitude & Jasmine never talks to me directly always to her coworkers. The crew is very unprofessional and very rude. I will never use Uhaul again for any purpose. I was also unable to pay online because the associate that moved me into storage spelled all my information incorrectly after I gave them the correct information. This was very lazy and inconvenient for me. I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone ever again! These people ruined the Uhaul experience.

ODELL W | First ImpressionsAfter being told by 2 different U-Haul employees that if I used U-Haul storage I would get 3 months free then when I check into the unit they tell me they can't see my reservation and it's only 1 month free. So someone has lied to me. Then I see a $149 charge to my bank when nothing was to be charged to my bank but a different bank. This is the worst service I have ever received from uhaul. I don't think I will use U-Haul again because what they tell me is contradictory and lands on me as not being an important customer.
