After being told by 2 different U-Haul employees that if I used U-Haul storage I would get 3 months free then when I check into the unit they tell me they can't see my reservation and it's only 1 month free. So someone has lied to me. Then I see a $149 charge to my bank when nothing was to be charged to my bank but a different bank. This is the worst service I have ever received from uhaul. I don't think I will use U-Haul again because what they tell me is contradictory and lands on me as not being an important customer.

JANAY C | Online Move InStaff is very rude and ghetto. Whoever is spoke with on 8/1/2025 between the hours of 9am- 3pm was very unprofessional and should not be anywhere near customer service. Horrible service, careless staff, did I mention ghetto and uneducated? My last time dealing with uhaul in Roanoke, VA on Hershnerger rd.
