HORRIBLE!! I did not move in bc I didn’t get the access I was told over the phone. So now I’m stuck paying for the rental truck bc I couldn’t unload on 11/2. I can not get to the storage until the facility opens at 9am and the truck is due back at 945a. I’m capable of a lot but unloading the truck in 30 mins to get IT returned on time is far fetched. So no, I’m not happy at all.
