The only negative I can think of when using the storage property which I was at, is that during extreme heat, the upper levels of the property were not well air conditioned. In fact, the day I moved out completely, the temperature was hotter inside the property than outside. Extreme heat has caused several electronics to not function after being stored, but, they were replaceable. Overall, storing my belongings for an extended period here was necessary, and wound up being part of my life. I'd definitely recommend UHaul Storage to someone needing it.

TERMINA N | First ImpressionsAs I looked around at comparison units I found spaces I liked better. This was the first time ever using a storage unit. I only looked because the prices became way to expensive for the unit. The facility got 4 stars because of how well the staff took care of it. The 5 STARS I GIVE IS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF, THEY WERE AWESOME. KRISTINA the manager has so much going on there. Not only is it a storage space, but a truck rental and propane tank provider. The staff was ALWAYS customer service oriented, respectful, and courteous. I was always amazed at the organizational skills of keeping the entire facility running smoothly. What I found in comparison was a larger space 10x10x10 no overhead unit to keep from liquids dirt and dust falling down into my unit, the galvanized metal started to turn inside the unit. I also found I did not like the space under the entry door of the unit, where dirt could enter or other things. I did not like how dark the unit was once inside and the narrow door made it hard to maneuver larger or longer items in. I now have a full size garage door, better lighting, no over above unit and the it is a newer facility that is cleaner. When I enter the newer facility it seems as if the tempt is better maintained because of the smaller size of the facility. You have an excellent staff and manager at this facility, you should take good care of them and appreciate the work they do, they represent Uhaul well. Thank you for this opportunity to share.
