Had trouble from beginning with being issued someone elses unit before they realized their error. It was hard to get a hold of the manager to find out what to do. Then again when i closed the account, they deactivated the gate code to the gate while i was still inside! And again, it was difficult to contact the manager to tell her i was locked inside! Attendent was very apologetic, but still very frustrating.
