SHARON G | First ImpressionsThe staff on location are not at all friendly or professional. An older lady was yelling and being very aggressive and disrespectful to customers who were renting trucks, trailers, and trying to access the storage. I would definitely recommend instructing the staff on customer service and respect. Rude and unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated or allowed. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE BEHAVIOR OF SOME OF THE STAFF.

BETTY B | First ImpressionsI made a reservation for a storage unit on the bottom floor ahead of time. When I got to the location, the staff member was not able to locate my reservation. She ended up giving me a different unit. I was on the top floor and far away from the front door, which was the exact reason why I had called in ahead of time and reserved a unit. I will say the girl was very sweet and tried to be helpful. She was also honest about the fact that she didn’t really know what she was doing and told me to call in the next day or come in and another staff member that would be there could help me locate a unit that would work better for me. I ended up getting a different unit so everything worked out. 😀
