The units are fairly priced and clean. I did not know U-Haul offered storage services and I am so glad that I found out about this and got my first month free. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jamie. Jamie is amazing she helped me with so much, is very understanding and is very friendly. It was great storing my one bed apartment at this facility!

JORDAN B | First ImpressionsJamie was wonderful. She was very kind and lovely to work and talk with. Please give her one of the new badges! We had 1 large unit here for 5 years, 2 large units for 22 months during that time. Unfortunately, ay one point, one of the units had a horrible leak of some kind of red fluid. It ruined quite a few of our things. We were able to salvage our nicest dresser by refinishing it, but several other things were permanently damaged or had to be thrown out. Management worked to "make it right," and we were able to reach a settlement on that. We had no other issues in the 5 years. We were very happy with the high level of security, automation, and human service that we found at the facility. The technology and staff were a perfect complement. Thank you.
Michelle C | Overall ExperienceMy only recommendation would be to have a light source of some kind inside the units as it is often hard to see what I’m doing. Otherwise, this is terrific place because of its central location, and dual moving and storage availability. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
JAMES S | Overall ExperienceClean, safe and nice storage facility with a great option of donating your unwanted items onsite. No need to move things you don’t want after storage is over. We had a ton of household items that didn’t fit our new place, so left them there and people took them away as soon as we left them there. Skip a trip to goodwill.

Either the manager is great at hiring, is a great role model, or all of the above, whichever reason, they made a huge difference in alleviating some stress for me during my VERY tumultuous move. <3 Without their help, especially the manager's, Crystal and her asst manager Jason, showing empathy, kindness, helping me keep it/mindset light, and their flexibility this would have been A LOT more difficult. And, it was already VERY difficult.
YVE M | Overall ExperienceAccess hours were extremely useful, there was always staff around if I needed anything. Dolly carts were always available at the door for use. I never had to hunt for a cart. Checking into the unit was easy, and didn’t even require me to go inside the office, everything done online. Checking out was easy as well, brooms were available to sweep the unit and turned in the key card, easy peasy.

She didn't just do her job; she made a stressful situation feel easy and treated me with a level of respect and care that doesn't exist in customer service these days. The U-Haul location I usually deal with is terrible, and I sincerely wish she worked at my local store. The difference in service is like night and day. If more people in customer service were like her, the world would be a better place. She deserves a raise or a promotion—whatever it takes to keep her around.
