I visited the office twice and was told by the staff they couldn't help me. called Uhaul corporate and was told I would receive a call in three days from the manager, who is the only one who can help. CHRISTINE M | Overall ExperienceFirst I want to thank Danzy at the Bryant Street facility in San Francisco. We had an issue with the size of the storage unit which I had ordered. He was able to work it out so that I could get what I needed… He went above and beyond! I think the facility is very good, but for a first time, it’s a little confusing as to how to use the elevator and where to find the unit! I would suggest putting instructions for how to use the elevator and the right side of the elevator by the button, it took me at least 10 minutes to figure it out and when you’re in a hurry, that is not great. When you come in after hours, no one is there to instruct you so if that is the problem.
