In my unit there was excessive amounts of rodent poop and urine smells that compromised my belongings. The lighting in the hallway of my unit did not work and prompted rodent activity as well as made it near impossible to see inside of my unit even during the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love the customer service they exhibit and given the opportunity I will most likely return if I need any more storage in the future.

Never had any issues and I even needed in at 5am one time and I was able to call the number on the door and was quickly accommodated. Never had 1 issue. 5 stars and the best thing is it never gets too hot. Great service and my deposit was refunded with no drama. Thanks guys. JC

The staff were always helpful whenever I needed assistance, and the facilities were consistently well-maintained. For me, the Treasure Island location was especially convenient when coming from San Francisco.

If you dont need it and you are looking for the convenience safe location and friendly people, and very good price that its your place. Good for not valuable staff you need to store. Not a place for expensive art electronic or furniture. But everything else is good to go. Great for the seasonal storage for college students

Urs L | ReservationRun by criminals who actively burglarize their own customers units and then claim their cameras were offline when you try to investigate. In my situation they gave me 30 day notice to collect my property as I was being evicted for 'Loitering.' Then they wouldn't accept my balance payment to give me access to my property 2 separate times, telling me to talk to Mike the manager who wasn't available. I went on the 30th day to pay balance and remove my property only to discover my locks cut and property removed before the 30 days had elapsed. They gave me conditions to collect my property, then refused to adhere to their own agreement, and unlawfully removed my property before the legal 30 day notice expired. They are thieves and will be prosecuted.
Kevin C | Overall ExperienceStorage 5x5x8 indoor, fit all the way to the ceiling. 1.5 years. Great location, large carts provided, BYOL, easy pull up with a vehicle, easy to reach from SF (this direction has the advantage of no toll) or East Bay. Never had any issues. BUT access is NOT 24h as UHaul states and UHaul’s access code is a dud. I’d recommend contacting the facility for current hours.

Monica R | ReservationI took a three month lease, while I had a home remodel. The only thing that wasn't moved was the kitchen, so there was definitely no food. Unfortunately, most of my furniture and property was destroyed by rats and I had to pay for it to be dumped. I asked for a refund and was ghosted. The insurance that they make you buy isn't worth the paper it's written on. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful and I should mention that my movers said they'd used this facility before and never seen anything like this, so perhaps it's a one off but I definitely don't recommend it.

When I called to cancel my rental after I had emptied the unit, I was told, for the first time, that I needed to take a picture of the empty unit in order to cancel. I live 30 minutes away, so was not going to drive there to take a picture. Never heard of anything more ridiculous. Never using a storage facility again!
