John L | Overall ExperienceThe customer service representatives were very friendly at the site, but this thing of having to pay extra to have more access to your storage locker is total BS. There should be one price only for 24 hour access, like every other major storage facility that I've seen. The $140 I had to shell out for that rickety locker that I got was already too much, and now I have to pay more if I want to access my locker after hours? C'mon guys, Uhaul can do better than that.
