I had my storage unit almost 4 years. Carmen was actually quite professional once I got to know her. She was helpful. Just a comment - when I checked-out in the office in person last Saturday……. It would have been nice for the new manager to actually say “Thank you” but he didn’t. So I said “Thank you”! I think it should have been the other way around…. I did get an automated “thank you” but that’s not the same thing. When I checked-out with the new manager he did not say anything! I told him I took my lock and swept my unit. He said nothing! Just some constructive feedback - would be a “thank you” for your business would have gone a long way. I even bought a moving blanket and a storage box - no thank you! My other comments would be as time has gone by… (I got my storeroom in 2022) it got much harder to find a place to park in front of the building. It is extremely inconvenient as I went to my storeroom a lot… as a single senior it was tough to park so far away. I never felt safe there either; I applaud the swipe cards for security. But still felt uncomfortable going to the 2nd floor by myself… there are just too many people hanging around there someone could get in. That needs to be addressed whether that means a security guard so be it. Thank you. I would use U-Haul again. I hope that my feedback may be helpful in improving your customer service. Respectfully,

THe storage locker requires rolling stairs to reach it which is difficult for me as an older woman... I would have preferred a lower locker for simplicity... hopefully one will come available next month... The man that checked me in moved the stairs to the locker and was very kind. Thank you.
