I'd give negative stars if possible! I was lied 2about being able 2have 24hr access even tho I was guaranteed by a call center representative that I'd def. have24hr access when I booked&told them that I don't have time2make it by the location during the day due2my work schedule. It took me a week2be able2even access the unit by heading in during the day the1st chance I got, at which point I was told they don't have24hr access&when I said that I'd like a refund bc I have no use4A.unit.unless.i can access it, which I can only do at nite, I was told by the manager Hector, that I'd B given a24hr access code. That code was then revoked w/out any notification by phone call, text, email, in person verbal communication, or even a note posted 2the door of my storage unit. When I took off time from work during the day2speak w/Hector again, I was given the 24access code back, after I reiterated that I don't need a unit that I can't access overnite. Then began the harassment by the night shift.employee who kept telling me I'm not allowed.2be there &accused.me.of.sleeping there, all tho I hadn't even been on the property 4more.than 20-15 min. &wasn't asleep. When I returned 2get tools 4day2 of the most recent gig I'd been hired 4, which paid $2400 for 3 days of LED wall installations 4 the new Zara store in the Cambridgeside Galleria, I was unable2access my unit as my code had been denied again& I was unable 2get my tools 4the job that began hours B4 the facility opened. When I got 2work w/no tools &explained what happened &assured I could go grab them as soon as the facility opened, I was told that the 12 other locations, around the NE, I was hired2install the led walls 4, over the next few months, at $2400 per location, are no.longer available2me bc I wasn't reliable2show up w/ my necessary work gear &tools, which broke the contract &made the employer decide2hire some1 else 4the rest of the jobs including the remaining2days of the installation i'd already began. When I went back &asked Hector wtf the issue is &Y is it continuing2happen &expressed the direct effect of the most recent removal of access codes' overnight capabilities w/out any notice costing me2loose out on $29,000+ over the next few mos., I was accused of lying &making that up, so i opened my text messages2show him the texts hiring me &discussing the pay rate as well as the notification that i'd No longer B employed by them due 2my inability2show up2work w/ my tools, Hector refused2look at them. Instead he just told me that my access code.was taken bc he was told I was sleeping there, I expressed2Hector the reality of the situation &asked him2check the cams2verify this&assured.him that I'd only B at my unit4short periods of time2drop off&grab tools/work gear4jobs I'd left or was going2.At this time Hector told me that he'd give me the access code again if I was only there4 30 minutes or less at a time. which, I begrudgingly agreed2 B4 it became day or nite. That's the day Hector assured me that I could walk thru the employee break room door that led thru the garage bay where tools were stored2make the trip2the office quicker. However, later that week, when my code didn't work again I walked over2the door in the garage bay that led2the employee room&,thankfully, not only did it open w/ease, but when I walked past the tools area&thru the employee break room2the door@the other end that led2the storage units hallway, it also opened just as easily as the door in the garage bay &I was able2go2my unit &get some things needed4the next days work. However when I got in2the facility the next day &saw the night shift employee near my unit I asked if he'd go ask Hector2come2my unit(so I could Xpress my frustrations w/ my code being stripped again w/ no warning)instead he said I have2go see Hector now!&that I wasn't welcome there anymore bc I was on cam breaking in2the facility(Hector clarified breaking in was referring2me walking2the garage bay i was told i could use&turning the unlocked handle&walking thru the door that easily opened &proceeding2the other unlocked door2the units &using my key2unlock my unit bc my access code being shut off meant i wasn't allowed2be in the building& bc i was apparently supposed2be a mind reader &"knew (he) meant that (I) could use that door when I was w/ him that 1 time" !?! &even tho I explained how far from breaking&entering that was,& how a vid of me turning the handles&walking thru the unlocked doors won't be seen as B&E by any1 sane. I was told I have 30min 2get all my things out of my10×10ft unit(that took 3days 2load, w/ help of friends& now I was alone &w/1hand in the new cast up2my elbow) after I'd B trespassed by the police, who told me I couldn't go back2the property4a year or I'd be arrested& my property's a civil issue. then I was billed 4 the next few mos. 4 storing my things I was prevented from removing& securing. And that's not even all of the horrible experiences I had from this rental attempt!
JONATHAN B | Overall ExperienceMy only issue I ever had with this storage unit compared to others used in the past is that even though yes there are technically lights in there. Once you're in your unit. There is no lighting inside there. Which makes it hard and then it starts to get hot and makes for an uncomfortable experience. That was one of the reasons I didn't completely take all of my own stuff out. Which is not what I intended to do. Ty for always working with me otherwise.

The cleanliness at this facility is maintained at a top tier status. If I can give the uhaul in Somerville 20 stars I would. Hector is one of the most caring, responsible, attentive, managers I have ever came across. The group of workers he has created are phenomenal. Best experience ever. Thank you
