But the front desk gave me several wrong instructions and a wrong unit number that led me to get lost in the storage area. Even for the UBox today, I still got unclear instructions from the same person.

They had an elevator glitch but they assured everyone that they would call them as soon as it was up and working safely. I got a call within an hour When I moved out they thanked us for using U Haul and Cruz gave us his card… in case we needed any U Haul assistance in the future All around great place. Thank you

They both stated they will leave my information for the GM who will call me. I have yet to hear anything. Seems like they assess fees and hope people won’t notice or fight them.

She is at the mercy of the corporate office as she continues to replace the key access machines. However, she very friendly and realizes the difficulties and will provide codes and access as needed. She maintains the lighting which the former manager did not. The facility is very clean. They staff has helped us whenever we needed help. We have been there for years and she has been trying to work out the kinks from previous managers.
