The lovely way they all conducted themselves was a truly wonderful experience during a very busy and stressful time for me. I said thank you to them all but I feel you really should know what a nice experience it has been to find such helpful diligent and professional staff you have at this location

The confirmation email should probably mention that, and perhaps encourage people to actually rent in advance, as that seems to be the only way to actually guarantee a unit.

I had an online booking for a space that required me to climb another 8 stairs. On raising this concern I was immediately offered another unit that was a match for my size requirements and on the same floor: highly recommend this to anyone else who is looking for temporary storage.
Ritesh S | Online Move InStacy, Storage Manager, was extremely helpful. She was courteous, knowledgeable and considerate. She toured us to see the available climat controlled units. We are very appreciative of Stacy's help to find us a unit on the first floor to use that was climate controlled. (It was returned when we were there) It turned out we did not need the storage unit because our contractor told us the next day that he would finish the basement area sooner.
