STEPHEN B | Overall ExperienceDetails about how to enter not explained very well. Unit was zip tied closed, we had to cut open to find a lock inside (that I was pretty much forced to buy). The staff member that came to help after I'd pushed the intercom button 2 times and then waited over 5 minutes to understand how to enter the facility was a bit annoyed though I hadn't been explained to how to enter the correct way. Some additional patience and ecplaing this entire 2-3 step process would have been helpful.
