turns out there was a small leak in the roof at the very back of my storage space so there was some water damage to some of the boxes. Then again, i understand this is to be expected when renting what is essentially an outdoor shed, so i am not too upset. but this could definitely be an issue for other prospective renters.

I had difficulty online, then went to the location, had an employee set up the reservation, went to set everything up a few days later to find it was canceled for no apparent reason, and then staff totally overwhelmed me with trying to make alternative arrangements. As a neurodivergent individual I found this quite overwhelming and I was having difficulty understanding all the information that was quickly thrown at me. I got lost trying to find the unit and there was some mention of a gate and an swipe card reader but I couldn't understand where to find it. I just wish your reservation system worked better and that your staff were not as rushed as to be better able to help me understand everything. I left the property the first time there crying as I was so overwhelmed by the process. I better know the process for next time but I really hope there is not a next time.
