The storage facility was to standard. The only things I’d like to point out for security purposes and overall cleanliness of the premises. I noticed that during working hours, you did not have to check in with your security card and the automated doors would open which gave homeless access to the facility and use of the restroom, my unit was in the back by the restroom and it was not pleasant to keep an eye out for the homeless that would use the facility, it did not feel safe and they would stink the whole building after their use. Also, the parking lot was very dirty around the double door entrance of the storage facility and several times people would park there to smoke weed and dispose of their vehicle trash where they parked. This gave me a sense of poor security. Lastly, staff was very friendly and helpful but their overall appearance was not to standard. Personal hygiene should not be optional.
