After talking to the authority of Kim that works there her boss Tom Sullivan they said that they wouldn't charge me for the few days over the free month that I got cuz I'm renting an $800 truck yet February 15th which I'm canceling they charge me and they put a lock on the storage unit after I told him that he was in the mail because their guy said that I could cut the lock then when Kim trained them in front of me as I stood there an hour and a half over the phone she got flipped with me so I finally got them to take the lock off remove my stuff and I'll go with Penske I would never recommend them she's a bully

The only recommendation for improvement is that thr storage units need lighting inside as its pretty dark and dangerous. I bumped my head a few times moving things out from the the wood planks above being so low if you have a unit on the lower level. Almost got vertigo, but learned quickly to duct your head when moving things to avoid going to ER.
