Jon G | Overall ExperienceSome days the staff were friendly and others not. The first few times the cars pass didn’t work and we had to ask for help. Staff weren’t always patient, but there was a problem with the doors or access and it wasn’t our fault. In the end the storage was too far way from our home.

FRANKLYNE I | Overall ExperienceSome staff weren't always courteous or willing to assist, but most of them were. However, the star of the show is the General Manager, Dean Green. From the day I started rental of the unit to the day that I ended it, she was head and shoulders above everyone for customer service, courtesy, and assistance. I give her five stars for being a strong and humble leader, and hope that the training necessary will be given for all her staff to follow in her footsteps. Bravo, Ms Green. 3 cheers to you!!!
