michelle o | Overall ExperienceFirst off , they didn't show us how to use the key card to get in the building. Second, they gave us someone else storage unit number. After we couldn't get the lock open , we try to call from in the basement where the storage unit is to the front desk, didn't get anyone, had to walk all the way back up thats how we find out the unit number was wrong. Totally disappointed but we didn't have another option so had to settle with it.
