Thanks for protecting our stuff for 6 years. Excellent facility and staff. UHaul (the company) however should upgrade their office computers and internet to better serve the customers, especially when it's busy. The staff works hard, and probably doesn't need that pressure. Otherwise, great experience overall.

The lady who helped me to check in was so helpful and very patient. I did not know how to open the door to my storage , she patiently assigned her colleague to go and show me.
Beauty T | First ImpressionsThe staff was very helpful each time I stoped in to pay my bill or had a question. I had a young man willingly, on Saturday, help me put heavy objects in my car with no problem at all. That support was so much appreciated and the attitude and kindness of all staff did not go unnoticed. The move out was on the weekend, 1/10/26, which was my last storage date and the date listed on this report is on the first day of the work week. Thank you, the experience was great l!
